¿Qué es la respiración?

Respiración Trascendente es una práctica profunda que permite a las personas acceder a estados extraordinarios de consciencia similares a los que se experimentan durante los viajes psicodélicos. A través de la respiración consciente y rítmica, los participantes suelen alcanzar estados profundos y transformadores que abren nuevas percepciones, perspectivas y claridad. Esta experiencia transformadora puede conducir a revelaciones sobre uno mismo, a una mayor comprensión de las emociones y a la capacidad de afrontar experiencias pasadas con nuevas perspectivas. Al sumergirse en estos estados alterados, los participantes abren la puerta a un profundo autodescubrimiento y sanación, aprovechando el poder de la respiración, junto con la música, como herramientas para el crecimiento personal. Respiración Trascendente puede despertar el poder interior que reside en ti, guiándote ante los desafíos de la vida y ayudándote a reconectar con tu fuerza innata.

Licenciada en música y con más de 20 años de experiencia docente, soy también la fundadora de la Escuela de Música Beethoven-Haus. Mi trayectoria musical me llevó a explorar las terapias holísticas, donde descubrí la poderosa sinergia de la Respiración, que combina música, terapia y la integración de cuerpo, mente y espíritu.
