Link – Study Overview: Effects of Sound Healing on Stress and Anxiety A study published in the “Journal of Evidence-Based Complementary & Alternative Medicine” in 2019, titled “The Effect of Sound Healing on Stress and Anxiety: A Multi-Methods Study,” examined the effects of sound healing practices on reducing stress and anxiety levels among participants.Together, we will create a personalized and sustainable nutrition plan that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit, promoting a holistic approach to health and well-being.

Key Findings:

1.     Reduction in Stress and Anxiety: The study found significant reductions in self-reported stress and anxiety levels among participants who engaged in sound healing sessions. The use of instruments like singing bowls, tuning forks, and gongs were highlighted as effective tools in facilitating relaxation.
