My journey in music eventually led me to explore holistic therapies, where I discovered the powerful synergy of Breathwork, combining music, therapy, and the integration of body, mind, and spirit.<br \/>I hold a Sound Healing and Vibrational Therapy Certificate, am a Trauma-Aware Coach, and a Certified Breathwork Facilitator. Additionally, I am dedicated to mindfulness therapies such as meditation, breathing techniques, chanting, and mantras. Through my integrative work, I combine various holistic therapies to provide effective and adaptable results tailored to each person&#8217;s preferences.<br \/>To fulfill my purpose, I became a Certified Life Coach and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, enabling me to awaken the inner power within each individual, allowing their unique and transformative qualities to emerge and become fully
